What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?
Vacuuming with a canister vacuum from approximately 1960. Taking vacuum bag outside, emptying it and hitting against a solid wall to remove some of the dust.
What is the history of appliances you have owned?
All purchased new except the Sears Range, bought used in 1979 and Miele vacuum, bought used in about 2019.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any major appliances?
Replaced water valve and belts in Maytag A107 washing machine. Attempted to debug last refrigerator when it failed to start. Did not figure it out although I suspected corroded electrical connections.
