A working Easy Spindrier, near enough to me to drive and pickup.
What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?
I used to pull a chair up in front of our Westinghouse Laundromat and watch it work. If it got out of balance it could walk across the floor, quite the adventure. When it quit, I replaced the timer. I was 9yo. But we had to have the guy come and replace the gearbox.
What is the history of appliances you have owned?
I had the Panasonic version of Spindrier in the early 70s and wish I still did. Several Kenpool wigwags. Above 98 Frigi and Kenmore 120V dryer. Currently, Panda twintub. 1982 GE mwave, DD and the display is even still bright.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any major appliances?
Minor repairs but not restorations, Im not that resourceful.
