Figured it out, I can't believe it! I took the outer tub off and set it into a bathtub, propped it up and filled it with water. I then seen an area of small hairline cracks under the tub, and that the area around the seal with silicone was completely dry. All this time I thought it was the seal...

Since I believe I have an idea now of what might be happening, I will be taking the washer apart one more time, but this time I will check exactly where the leak is occurring and attempt fix the seal. If I figure anything out I will post an update. Thanks everyone for the help so far!
