I also find it easier to add ingredients to the Mixmaster without all of the ingredients going flying. And the KitchenAid pouring shield is just a pain to use. And while not necessary, the bowl light on the Mixmaster is kind of cool.

I'm still using Windows 7 Pro. I really like it. Windows 3.1 will always be my favorite though. It never gave you any trouble and always did as it was told. I still have it on my 486 machine.
