Moffat 1950 Which store is that

Moffat 1950!stove I just acquired 1950 Moffat electric stove as the above photo . The middle burner isn’t working but that’s it . I have not plugged it in yet in the home but had it checked . Anyone here know where I can find a manual or better yet a place where they sell parts ? I live in Ontario
