Current collection is actually a lot of vacuum cleaners. Totaling over 45 different machines.
What are your dream machines yet to be found?
I actually would like to find a portable washing machine that's a direct drive that was made to hook up to your sink in the kitchen. Believe whirlpool made several over the years.
What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?
I was very into playing with water as a kid so I liked to watch the washing machine wash clothes my mom used to yell at me because I would stick my finger in the whole so that the washer would run. Also was weirdly and now as an adult always liked vacuuming. Hence the vacuum collection.
What is the history of appliances you have owned?
Recently within the last two years I started collecting a lot of vacuum cleaners but less than 6 months ago I was working on rebuilding our washing machine when a replacement part I ordered several times kept breaking. As for what I would like to own I would love a vintage kitchen and a vintage washer and dryer.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any major appliances?
I actually have mainly just repairing broken parts and troubleshooting electrical connections.
