Good thing! I would've hated that wash tower for the upper basket. This way of cleaning was banned from Euro dishwashers a very long time ago, so the results are far more superior and the detergents don't have to be that aggressive...

LG always had interesting dishwashers But IIRC, never on the EU market... I think in the early days of US dryers, an ozone lamp was common...

Agree! I do wonder if it's really a decade of a "distance" between these two machines. AFAIK there were dishwashers like today in the 70ies yet...

After all... ...it is a hit or miss game. But I think the dish-drawers do a good job. Euro dishwashers do pre-rinse(s), too, by the way...
