What did you discover about the table top Whirlpool wringer washer? When were they manufactured?

Please do! I wondered if there was a separate wringer for it. I'm going to see if I can get it working. Thank you so much.

Really hoping someone here can identify this little guy. There are no markings, model/serials nor manufacturers marks. Found in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Any one seen this before or know anything about it?
