Stone cold... oh dear! At least the engineer has found out what the problem is and will be sorted soon. Run a tub clean with a few tablets or with washing machine cleaner to clean it out once the repair has been carried out.

The only Hotpoint washing machines with the 'eco rain' feature are the 10kg models with the black door. Models being the RPD10667DD and RPD10477DD. The other ultima s line models just have direct injection which is basically a foam generator as said above.
