It won’t matter in the future, because nobody will be able to afford to own their own property and this need to buy appliances.
They’ll be at the mercy of whatever junk the landlord puts in, and if it breaks, it’s on them to buy more crap junk to replace it.
Me thinks the future of appliances...
One of the neighbors used to have a slightly older version of that microwave. I liked how they still had the Radarange branding. I’m guessing this appliance set are early to mid 2000s by the looks of them. I remember that fridge being sold at Home Depot in white.
At one point the Sunray Stove Company was located in Delaware, OH. Some Caloric ranges during the 1990s have a location of Florence, SC on the info tag.

That looks similar to the ones I saw awhile back, I believe it’s a Lion’s Club building or similar group.
I believe that design continued to be built after GE sold its central air conditioning division to Trane around 1982.
My parents house had a 1976 Fedders central unit, it was replaced about 2003 so it wasn’t as old then as it would be now, but definitely one of the older ones I saw. It had two compressors if I remember right so I guess it was a two stage system.
