It is a nice machine and a pleasure to work with and use it. But at the end of the day it is not practical for me, as most parts for it are discontinued. Brian I think you will like it. It even has a work light!

The owner of the shop disabled the sud-saver feature in the other 3 machines when he took them in and got them working to be sold. I asked him why and he was saying something to the effect of that when he did try and sell the unmodified models, customers would return them because they did not...

The hoses came with the machine. The water inlets were like that when I got the machine. They are WRONG and INCORRECT!!! It'll get fixed the next time I have the cabinet off.

This machine also has the top few layers of holes in the basket, with a DA. I've seen some 70 series mnodel DD's with the straight-vane agitator.

Well John, Perhaps maybe you may want to plan a trip to my house then. The GE combo is a fun machine, but not practical. It has to go too. Since it is modified, it will be leaving in pieces and non-working.

I think LRA is 1967-1966, otherwise this machine would be just a Whirlpool if it were 1968. This machine is RCA Whirlpool. Parting out = time I don't have. The Design 2000 DD above is NOT a spin-drain model. I just may post a pic of my spin-drain model Design 2000 if I get some time.

frapdoodle: The trim around your console is light and there are colored indicators in the trim. Your ATC has 3 selections instead of one "AUTO" selection, 1992 is correct for this machine. Also notice my 70 series and Gordons 70 series. The trim around mine is dark and I only have 4 temp...
