What about the recent Samsungs and GE's and even LG's that have exploded even when doing everything right? You'd never see that with the Whirlpool direct drive or Speed Queen Laundry.

GE is a scam and they've gone downhill since the 1990s. Stay away from GE! Remember their laundry and dishwashers? The same applies to all of their appliances.
