I have an older Maytag Gyrator wringer washer with the optional timer on it. Fairly uncommon nowadays from what I have seen.

My other appliances are far from vintage and pretty typical middle class stuff. Whirlpool fridge, washer, Frigidaire (Electrolux) range, dryer, and chest freezer.
What are your dream machines yet to be found?
GM Frigidaire Rollermatic
Philco Bendix Electric Dryer w/window in door
KitchenAid Top loading portable (1950s)
Frigidaire Electric Range (1950s)
What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?
Watching my grandmother doing laundry in her coppertone Frigidaire Custom Deluxe w/Jet Action, and watching it dry in her Philco Bendix Dryer.
Baking my first batch of break in a 1950s Frigidaire electric range with automatic oven attachment.
What is the history of appliances you have owned?
GE Filter Flo washer and GE 1960s dryer (still sorry I dont have that set). :-(

My current appliances are: Whirlpool fridge, and Kenmore (made by Frigidaire) range, dishwasher, and laundry center (stackable). Theyve given me good service but theyre nothing like the old stuff.
I also have some vintage vacuums: Kirby Classic 1CR, Classic Omega, and 561, Electrolux 1205, and XXX.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any major appliances?
Ive worked on the vacuums, but this is all new territory to me.
