Thanks for the reply. I went and obtained the manufacturer's number and it begins with 110. That does make it a Whirlpool.

We have been looking at the Kenmore HE 2 46472. The salesman gave the impression it is made by Whirlpool, but I have seen some information on the web that it is made by either Electrolux or Frigidaire. I am a little leary of it if they are made by Electolux or Frigidaire. I would appreciate any...
