Again, I'm clueless about fixing the machine myself. Apparently, there was a very slight leak that finally rusted the pump over time. It stopped mid-wash. I could still get it to turn on but it would only work for a minute and the agitator sounded strange. I've never had trouble with it...

Thank you!!! The agitator stopped mid-cycle and the water won't empty. I had a really helpful guy working on it and he did tell me I could get the pump but said he couldn't replace just that part because of the rusted out part on the motor...I think.. It's been 2 weeks. I've been looking...

According to Kitchenaid customer service it’s a 1993 model. I am clueless about the parts but I was told I needed part 3591598 (pump) and WP3363892 (water pump) for the motor. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My beloved Kitchenaid washing machine has died and I can't locate the parts needed to fix it. I've had two repairmen looking and called Kitchenaid but no one can help. Any suggestions about where I might find a pump and motor? It's been such a wonderful machine I can't stand the thought of...
