Solution
My friends have replaced the heating element and that has fixed the issue. Although Weber still thinks it's not working comepletly properly because the plastics are not drying. I told them even in the most top of the line Dishwashers the plastics do not dry.

I got the diagnostic cycle to start. Waiting on that now.
I pick my friends up from the airport tomorrow. After running this diagnostic, maybe I’ll be able to tell them if they need to call the repair person to check...

The light grey sticker is from the inside door edge. The other sticker is on the outside door panel.

Seems like an odd place. That’s a sticker on the front panel.
Brand/Model
They are running it with the “high temp” and “dryheat” option selected.
That is the model number on inside of door.

Check for motherboard failure
I’m not sure how to check for motherboard failure. The dishwasher will run all cycles and go through all it’s paces. Just not getting water hot or any drying heat.

IF your machine is making a noise like this. Turn it off. Figure out what is wrong. Fix it, or call someone that can. Do not continue to let it run in this state, you would have no one to blame but yourself if the machine is ruined.
