Tell us about your collection

I’m really only happy with my 1999 Whirlpool top load washer and electric dryer. I also have a Miele canister vacuum cleaners which I love but it’s not exactly an appliance.

What are your dream machines yet to be found?

I want an older Speed Queen top load set with dial controls, a Maytag wringer washer, and a new Miele set. Someday.

What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?

I loved the matching butter yellow fridge and gas range the kitchen in my childhood home had. I also have fond memories of the bulletproof 1970s era Speed Queen washer and dryer that my dad owned.
