thanks yes, it was underfilling, just trickling in and it did work when I added extra water to the cycle ...gonna try to replace the inlet valve b/c everything else (timers/arms/impeller) all looks good. Appreciate all the guidance. hoping I can get it back to working

hello all i was hoping to find some help here. I have a KDS17 (and and 18 in storage) that is having problems. on the full wash cycle it is stuck in the prewash and won't cycle thru. it will still cycle thru on the short cycle mode, which seems weird to me. any advice would be appreciated.
