What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?
The toaster rattleing ontop of my grandmothers spinning 1959 english electric liberator. Everyone but us, having the hoover automatic deluxe 3236H, I can still relive so clearly the orange dials impulse round to spin and the machine accelerate away, water flowing down the door, and finally, standing on tip toe to look into our neigbours new 3314L hoovermatic.

Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any major appliances?
Yes, since my teenage years, still do repairs part time on washers, dryers and dishwashers, but would rather restore classic machines. I have done everything from brushes, bearings, to timmer strip downs, but still have plenty to learn, and share.
