That's a really good point - the G6410 has lots of wine glass storage in the lower rack! Thanks for pointing that out :-) I think it's worth spending a little extra and going for the better model

This may seem silly but I was set on getting the Miele G6410SC dishwasher but the G4920BK seems every bit as good. Albeit it has less features, but would I really miss them on a day to day basis?! One major benefit I guess is the in-door salt reservoir but that alone is not worth the extra...

Yes, call Miele logixx is right - this is common on certain Miele's but a simple software update will rectify this. You may even get it for free.

How do you access the allergy option?

Can you try the Allergy+ programme with Aqua Plus to see what the water levels are like?

Stop using the machine and go to the launderette. I agree with dascot's comments. Post a video. Keep one thread, take the advice on board and sort the issue
