Update... Finally opened up the front cover and ran a load, The ball is fine and completely intact thankfully! it really does sound like a lighter or something of that nature stuck between the tubs. So now I guess its finding time to take the entire machine apart and finding out the mystery...

My washer just started doing this weird clicking crackle pop cereal thing when tumbling recently, No obvious bearing damage or spider damage because it spins normally like it always has... Very quiet. So If anyone could help that would be great! I love this baby too much and has been with us...
