Really want to find a classic belt drive Whirlpool/Kenmore to start a washer collection.
What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?
I used to watch the washing machine in my Mom's basement as a toddler. Also visited a neighbor regularly who had a wringer washer. She made me sit at the top of the outside cellar stairs and watch from there.
What is the history of appliances you have owned?
I had a 1968 Kitchen Aid portable dishwasher that I bought from the original owner. She still had the Lechmere store sales slip.
