Dear All, Lowes has surprised me to replace our 3 year old Bosch Nexxt 500 set and is sending us a gift card for purchase price plus tax. Although I liked our Bosch W/D the washer has left a bad taste in my mouth and I've been battling it for 4 months...so I'm unsure of the Bosch Vision track...

The drum does shift back and forth and that's the actual issue. It shifts and gives way to much. He installed a set of lower shocks in the machine well as a new motor and motor controlling board. It also returns back to the center but has much play. This didn't happen until about 4 months...

He already did He replaced the lower set of shocks with new ones. The video you see us a replaced set of lower shocks, new motor and new motor controller board.
