Update January 2025 Looks like I made the right decision, the Kenmore is still solidly trucking along almost 5 years later. thanks again to all who helped me decide.

Thanks for all the comments, I think I will keep the Kenmore. The quieter operation has won the day, along with the accolades from the posters above.

the top on the KM is rusty around the bleach dispenser, the cabinet is ok. I don't know if the WP top will mate with the KM console and vice versa.

I can't keep both and yes the WP is two speed vs 3 speed for the KM. I like the idea of a cabinet swap except that I want to sell one and a swap might not allow proper connection of the console?
