What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?

I had a cool washing machine from Singapore. It was thin to fit in tight spots. You opened the top and the opened the top of the drum to pus closes in. It was kind a front load design that you loaded from the top.

What is the history of appliances you have owned?

Too many to list spanning 5 countries.
