Diagnosis Hello, I plugged it in and waited 10 minutes. The timer does not move on its own. In addition, it is making the "snap" like sounds, as if it is trying to go to the next cycle but cannot. Where would the electrical lead be? How would I get a new timer if this is what is wrong...
