I do quite like the Miele W2 range but the amount of hate on the YouTube comments pages are just completely unnecessary and totally unacceptable, especially from the vicious and vile trolls @SamsungLad2005 and @DeepRinseEnthusiast2002.
Anyway, it looks smart, has a slick touchscreen and the...
Hello there, well, I have had this very machine since 3rd November 2022 in my new utility room alongside my trusty Miele and I can say with great confidence that it is absolutely outstanding, don't listen to this user as it is giving people completely the wrong impression about them.
The pros...
early Hotpoint/Ariston Aqualtis models from 2006/2007, while they are silent with their motors, they have these ridiculously loud pumps which sounds like it’s on its way out, even a cheap Indesit has a better sounding pump then on those machines :/
that’s a lovely machine there which is obviously a rebranded Hotpoint sold through Comet/Woolworths stores around 1985/86, I believe there were 2 washing machines (2 button 800 spin and 4 button 1000 spin), 2 tumble dryers (a compact and a full-sized model) and a twin tub as well
I hope it...
in the UK, mechanical timer tumble dryers from Hotpoint and Indesit are still being made and they got an update last year, available as vented or condenser models from both brands.
that has got to be the most unusual looking tumble dryer ever made, never seen anything like it in my life, it looks just like some British cookers with an eye-level grill, could almost be something Creda would make, a defunct British brand whose tumble dryers and cookers were very popular :)
hello there, I’m sorry to hear about your experience with your Miele, they used to be a lot more reliable, my model is 16 years old and still running flawlessly, as for the machines, how about going for the Schulthess, I know the model is not available in the UK but you could somehow try to get...
I think those Electrolux’s in the different colours looks wonderful, I’d have the almond 1’s myself of course, Bendix and the later Tricity Bendix brand as well as Zanussi would offer almond coloured models right up until the year 2000. :)
Hello one, hello all, I know I don't post on here often but here's a little thread just for fun for all UK members, as you know, I love the colour almond and Hotpoint is the best known for offering it between 1982 and the year 2000 but in this thread, Hotpoint's are NOT allowed and would love to...
thank you so much for reminding us about these 80’s rarities and for going into great detail about them as well, they still look smart and classy today, especially the Husqvarna versions, they’re certainly great fun to see them working too, these models also had an in-drum filter, I wonder if...
nice to see some subtle updates to AEG's washing machine range, I'm not sure what the point of putting a pod into the drawer really is, it's so much easier to chuck it in the drum, also, I do like the new drum design as well, certainly a hint of Samsung with it, I wonder if it will be rolled out...
on my Miele, the wash times are quite variable, the shortest duration is about 10 minutes on the Express Wash while the longest is about an hour or so on Cottons but as it senses the load on that programme, the time varies a little, it is possible to make the wash duration last up to 7 hours...
