Hi guys! Firstly hope you are all well! Got a friend asking for help...their W3922 is on the brink of draining Softener on the fill... regardless of what cycle.. Only just started happening a month ago.. Starts cycle with it empty and about 1/4 cup FS after fill it is over max line.... draining...

My Miele 3922 Is working fine and no obvious bearing rumble but a snapping/ticking noise can be heard if I rotate the drum by hand. Is this anything to be bothered by? or do I need to oil them?
