What are your dream machines yet to be found?
A center dial Maytag gas dryer with lighted controls.
I am really fond of small, portable machines. I like it when a machine is portable but has tons of features, convertibles are sweet! Would LOVE LOVE LOVE one of those mini norge sets.
What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?
I remember my grandmothers doing laundry... one with her Kenmore in the apartment kitchen, hose into the double sink with a piece of an old stocking to catch the lint. I remember my other grandmother with her Maytag and her wringer washer, doing rugs and soaking things in her concrete laundry tub under the dusty little basement window.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any major appliances?
Yeah, a little here and there. No major restorations yet.
