Well we installed the new inlet valve and it is now working again yay! Thanks everyone for all your help.

@Ryner- that’s okay I appreciate any help. I did check that and it is fully open. I had ordered the part last week and it just arrived today so tonight I will install the new inlet valve. Fingers crossed… I will let you all know how it goes. Thanks again for all your input it is appreciated...

I looked online to decide the year of my washer and it said possible 2016-2017 that doesn’t seem right? Here is the serial no for the washer C 71408335. Any idea on the age?
