No bolt cover This model had a plastic rear bearing . The drum shaft was mounted on the back of the drum and went thru the bearing and held in with a c/clip.

A whole package of bubblegum got washed and dried .It was all over the inside of the dryer and melted into good white cotton pants and dress Izod white knit shirts.Freezing and scrapping did not budge the gum.Cleaned the gum out of the dryer with WD40. So sprayed all the clothes with WD40 waited...

The water makes it all the way thru to the bottom even with a big load.Even when using bleach its rinses very good.

rainshower rinse I have a GE washer , model WHRE5550K2WW . When set for shower rinse the tub turns slowly ,sprays water and drains at the same time for about one minute.Then tub is still ,drains then spins.It does this two more times then completes the final spin.It seems to rinse just fine.It...

Drank alot of Kool-Aid as a kid because we rarely had pop.My dad loved lime the best ,but we had cherry, orange and grape alot too .I still drink it all the time.

laundromats When I was growing up in the fifties it was twenty cents to wash and ten cents to dry . Prices stayed like that until the early sixties. There were lot of Frigidaire, Westinghouse ,Speed Queen and G.E . Whirlpools didn't show up until later.

Serial number I checked the tag again and it doesn't have one listed.Just has a B for model and a space that says machine number which is blank.
