A 70s Frigidaire poppy red 1-18 washer and dryer set. Anything Frigidaire with a lighted console.
What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?
Growing up with our all coppertone 1965 Frigidaire appliances in the 60s and 70s. Holding the safety switch down on the rollermatic washer and watching the entire cycle.
What is the history of appliances you have owned?
Early 70s white matching Frigidaire W/D set. Late 70s poppy red matching Frigidaire W/D set. Unfortunately these probably all met the fate of the crusher when they started malfunctioning as they were donated to charity. I didnt know a community like this existed and was told by appliance repair people that parts were no longer available.
