Thanks! Thanks for the advice fellas! From what I can see is it is just the wires smoking, the motor is smooth and pretty quiet and as soon as it drops out of the start winding it is fine the wires only smoke when its pulling heavy amperage. It looks like the machine had an oil leak at one time...

Unimatic fill valve I have a couple of those machines and just had to install newer ones out of a junk machine. The only drawback is you wont have a warm rinse. Just hot wash and cold rinse.
