If you search ebay for '1956 Hotpoint advertising' you will find a few links to ads and one catalog that features their 40" ranges. I can't get the links or the pics to save and load. Based on what's shown, I don't think yours is TOL as that one features a meat thermometer, rotisserie, and a...
I have an abbreviated 1957 Hotpoint catalog. Only one 40" range is shown, probably the TOL model, no model number given. The catalog lists the 40" model numbers - RD26, RC25, RB74,4B73, RB72, and RB71. Don't know if these are ascending or descending order. My guess is that yours is either a...
Not bad if the whole package is $75. They're all almost-BOL appliances, but with no interior shots who knows what's lurking behind doors. The range is probably the nicest of the three pieces; it does have an automatic oven and a window in the door.

Late to the game, but...
The washer appears to be a WWA8350 and could have been produced from 1973 through 1976. After 1976 the consoles were revised to include all of that faux woodgrain that I know we all love and covet. Too bad it doesn't appear to include the Mini Basket, otherwise it's a...
My guess would be that this one is a 1958 model, based on the 'R' in the model number. It can't be any older than 1957 as that was when GE introduced their 'Straight Line Styling'. It can't be any newer than 1961 as in 1962 GE changed from the oven knobs on this range to another design. The...
It appears that the toe panel did change from black to white in 1970. My information doesn't include anything on the 40" ranges but does show the 30" version of this stove. For those (J339) models, in 1970 the surface unit controls changed from 5-heat pushbuttons to infinite heat rotary...
I believe these are a very basic DD pair - so basic that they don't even say 'Kenmore'. They're badged 'Capri', located in Gautier, MS. $350 for the pair.

David - thanks for sharing this video! I'm always fascinated by your knowledge and skills. Very entertaining to watch and learn. I definitely know who to contact if/when I have refrigerator problems!

My thermostat is set on 80 degrees. There are two ceiling fans (den and my bedroom) and I'm normally in shorts and a t-shirt. I paid my most recent power bill this morning - $92.
Can't tell from the photos if it's a single-speed or two-speed model (speed could be built-into the timer), also can't tell if it's standard capacity or large capacity; but I can see that it includes a Mini-Basket.
Robert's 1957 Charcoal pair definitely rate at or near the top of the chart. However, speaking for myself, either of these (with matching dryer) are just as cool with their styling.
