Thanks for the link, Kenmoreguy. I think my agitator is actually working fine. I know I've stuck my hand in there and turned the top agitator, and one direction it turned the bottom agitator and the other way it didn't. But I will check again when I get home. Rebeccah

Thanks, appnut. We've been mostly using the permanent press cycle, but I don't know specifically what cycle was used for this blouse. And I pretty much always use the highest water setting, except sometimes when I have a really small load of one or two items. I've been thinking about...
