A machine to shrink everything I own half size.
What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?
Grandma cursing Italian at knotted sheets from a 55 Frigidaire.
Her previous 48 Bendix overflowing suds from top opening.
Mom pulling out the black agitator from her 54 Whirlpool so "the insides wont rust." (I think she meant mold.)
Our 65 Speed Queen with that splashy lint filter.

The neighborhood kids rolling inside the huge cardboard boxes left behind after any appliance delivery!
What is the history of appliances you have owned?
Mostly bought new as needed, a BOL 72 GE filter-flo came with the house and thanks to prior elderly owner was still going strong without a problem, but water bills were climbing!
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any major appliances?
Retreived a forgotten in pocket rubber glove from Filterflo pump when it overflowed during spin; had to untangle it from impeller and pick it out with long tweezers. Easier than I thought.
Things dont stay on the curb for garbage pickup very long anymore but if I pass a classic not far from home its as good as mine.
