it takes about 4 mins to fill on the hot wash when set to lrg load, about 2 mins if on warm, haven't used cold yet. I haven't seen any increase wear on clothes as of yet but will keep and eye on things and report back. I use persil powders and get great results,thought I might have to use liquid...

thanks, I adore it and it does a really good job. I've connected it to the hot and cold and inserted a standard grey drain pipe into the short slightly bigger black pipe on the washer and then connected the grey pipe under the sink as normal, and I've had no probs with the volume of water even...

Hi hoovermatic, were practically neighbours. I went to the uk wp site and then did a google search with the modle no and odered it from there. the tide I bought off ebay US, shan't rush out and do it again, doesn't seem to clean as well as persil bio or non bio.
