Thanks for the date of manufacture The transmission came out easy today. I'm draining the oil, which oddly looks in very good condition, and I'll open the case tomorrow. I'll report on what I find then. Bill

For sale close to me. Apparently model DD80. I know nothing about whirlpool dryers (beyond their obvious link to Kenmore/Sears) so any info would be appreciated. I think it's electric because of a lack of gas fittings in photos and large amp draw. Comments would be appreciated.
