The tech had previously fixed the pump and said that wasn't the problem and said that the wig-wag (transmission assembly?) that opened the valve was stuck or broken and that the part 357972 was...

Thanks everyone. The tech also said it was transmission assembly. Could that be it? The pump works but it won't empty.

The "wig Wag" needs replacing. Can't find the part. The tech gave me this part no.357972. Any leads? Please help. We love this machine.
