What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?

First dryer I remember my family owning was a vintage (even back then) Westinghouse-branded dryer with a black square-ish door

My mother owned a Simpson Encore 7.5kg top loader; it had an Esprit body but fully electronic controls with a 2 digit “time remaining” screen… I’ve never seen one since; although I have seen a few Encore 555/556 with no screen (up until June 2023 when a few of the bigger Encores suddenly popped up out of nowhere lol)

My grandmother had a Simpson Quintet 860 dishwasher for many years; my family’s first dishwasher was a white Dishlex Global 300

In 2025, I bought my mother a Westinghouse WTM4302WD-R fridge.
