Transformer? The heat element warms but does not get hot. I'm told the transformer is the problem and it can be rebuilt.

Will anyone in the Cincinnati Ohio area remove and rebuild a burner transformer in a RI-70-57? Also need the clock and door springs repaired. Thanks, Skip Jackson
