    Whirlpool washer won't drain

    I removed motor and then reassembled. Now everything is working. I guess I had a loose wire or an intermittent timer issue. Not sure what changed, but it is working. Thanks much for the advice!

    Whirlpool washer won't drain

    My whirlpool washer won't drain the tub....replaced pump and realized pump wasn't issue. Removed pump fom motor shaft and jumped lid switch to test. Motor hums but shaft for pump doesn't spin....can turn with hand though. Agitator works so motor must be good. What part would affect motor...
