What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?
Visiting my grandmas house when she was doing laundry. She had a mid 70s Whirlpool and I loved looking that the super surgilator agitator. The sounds of the machine were actually a little scary because the machine never actually shut off, just changed gears i.e. from agitate to drain etc.
What is the history of appliances you have owned?
My parents bought the 1983 Kenmore set six months before I was born. I got the GE set from a friend of ours that was moving and didnt want to take such an old machine with them.
