I'm primarily a crank phonograph and radio guy. I have many more than I can count.
For appliances:
I have three fridges, counting a 1950s Pepsi slider box vending machine.
The oldest is a late 20s GE Fridge.
I have a 1950s Universal Range.
I have a Speed Queen wringer washer and and IronRite Wrangle
I have a larger variety of smaller appliances from blendors and mixers to a very early ever hot slow cooker, a Deco era GE vaporizer and a Kaz 35 Vaporizer.
And anything else functional and old from irons to an early yard sprinkler, reel lawn mowers, and a newer 1970s lawnmower.
What are your dream machines yet to be found?
I landed on this site after researching a Waring FC2 Rocket Blendor. Probably my next aquisition. I just bought a very nice CED Selectavision player to watch movies.
What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?
I'm really not sure how all this started but I was collecting old things by the time I was 11.
What is the history of appliances you have owned?
A few of them have great stories. But no time now.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any major appliances?
Only in the most basic sense. I have plenty that could use cosmetic repair that I hope to acquire some tips for from this group.
