I'm looking to replace the top cabinet and lid for a Whirlpool/Kenmore 24" washer in white. I was originaly going to sand and paint the rusty top and lid, but it looks like too much rust is there.
Does anyone have a top and lid they want to sell or give away?

There's an Ace hardware in the next town. Might just get a few different sizes if I can't get a bead on size, etc.

I have a whirlpool GOLD convection oven range. The "REVERSE" thread nut has come off the fan blade and has disappeared. The fan blade just freewheels on the motor shaft without the nut.
I called the Repair Clinic and they say the nut is not available.
there is no part number, the motor and fan...
That is an amazing fact. I wasn't aware that Maytag made a condenser dryer.
Since I'm in Florida, shipping would be prohibitive. Otherwise that thing would have already been on it's way home to me!
The curiosity factor alone is killing me.

The Original Maytag Atlantis kind of pushed my washer obsession into overdrive.
At the time, it was a pretty advanced design style-wise compared to your typical Whirlpool of the same era.
I loved it soo much I bought the model with the detergent dispenser built into the lid.
