    Thanks, henene4. The challenge I see now might be the dryer vent and vent hose. I think this is taking up space behind the dryer. I've attached some images from the install guide from my existing Affinity stack (30.3" deep) and the newer ELux (32" deep), so only 1.7" increase. I think I can...

    Your situation sounds pretty similar to mine, except I can only go to like 29" deep from the 27" I have now. I will not downsize to a compact washer, as my kids are getting older and generating more laundry volume than ever. Did you find another model that would fit besides the SQ FF7?
