they look very good , the seal for the doors frame looks great also. I'm pretty sure its the baffle with it been so diformed and a huge hole in it. I'll check any other suggestions though if you guys have any. I'm guessing they dont make replacement baffles like that anyomre, I'll probably just...

they go into the corners (held in place with clips) to create a seal when the door shuts I guess , here is a picture of the left one still in place.
