FanOfFan's..... Yeah, Hoover kept that same basic model all through the 70s,and 80s. They just reissued it ever year. The early ones have the old style Hoover cord and smaller plug, and the old Hoover toggle switch. Then the mid run ones from about 1976- 1982 or so had the new square hoover...
