I'm the original owner, 4000 series, set was purchased in 2000.  Dryer is electric and all original; door seal was replaced on the washer several years ago but is otherwise all original.  No "Neptune mold" trouble.  Dryer has the blue halo.  Washer needs a new motor unit and dryer needs heating...
