GE toaster circa 1960. Very old desk fan. Ringer washer. Pea Soup-coloured (yellow) stove circa 1960’s.

What are your dream machines yet to be found?

Turquoise fridge.

What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?

The wringer washer at my aunt’s. The enormous pink Findlay wood-fired oven/stove at my uncle’s cottage.

What is the history of appliances you have owned?

Had an old English flip-side toaster years ago. Beautiful thing. I made carbon regularly with it.
